The purpose of this 501 (c)(3) is to carry on Georgia Riley Pellkofer’s vision of supporting those affected by epilepsy and supporting causes important to Georgia. In the context if these purposes, the Corporation shall not, except to an insubstantial degree, engage in any other activities or exercise of power that do not further the purposes of the Corporation.
